Avoid the hassle of composting or the risks of trucking out the carcasses. The carcasses are heated & mixed to breakdown bones and feathers , sterilizing the contents. The contents are dried to your desired level of dehydration (typically 40% weight) and then are dropped in a storage bin or bag.

Established by a talented team of engineers in 2015, the company has designed, constructed and brought to market a series of products that have proven popular with farmers in both Israel and the US.
The MAOF system for handling of poultry carcasses, has been extensively tested in both the US and Israel and has achieved wide ecolades. The Israeli Ministry of Agriculture provides a subsidy to Israeli farmers who purchase the system, as part of their goal to improve eco safety.
OUR PRODUCT RANGE
Four size models , enable every farm to handle poultry mortality in the most efficient and eco safe method. The system requires minimal assembly and can be running within hours of delivery. The simplicity of operation and safety features , enable the system to be operated by all trained staff. The size of the unit is calculated as a function of the mortality rate- which is often 5%. For example , the 1000 liter unit with a capacity of 650kg of carcasses, can remove approx 20kg of moisture per hour. To reach the 40% weight target, will take about 13-15 hours. At this point sterilization is complete. It is recommended that the system operate under cover.
1500 liter unit
The 1500 liter unit can process 900kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 30kgs per hour and 1 hour to reach target temperature, a full load will take 20 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temperature and other variables. The 1500 unit requires 63amp*3 of power.
1000 Liter Unit
The 1000 liter unit has a capacity of 650kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 20kgs per hour and 1 hour to reach target temperature, a full load will take 20 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temprature and other variables. The 1000 liter unit requires 32amp *3 of power.
500 liter unit
The 500 liter unit can process 250kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 10kgs per hour and 1 hour to reach target temperature, a full load will take 16 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temperature and other variables.
250 Liter Unit
The 250 liter unit has a capacity of 100kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 5kgs per hour and 30mins to reach target temperature, a full load will take 12 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temprature and other variables.
Two additional options are available.
Scrubber: If the unit is placed close to a home, than any smells can be eliminated by the addition of a scrubber. To date, we have had only one customer who has requested this feature.
Crusher: Depending on the end use of the Dry material produced by the process, a crusher may be added. We have a turkey grower who has added this feature.

With the successful completion of testing in the US, and the government supported growth in Israel, we are proud of our contribution to an ecosafe poultry industry.
Our efforts at the moment are to join with distributors in Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Middle East to implement this clean and efficient system with poultry growers.
The positive feedback we have received from farmers, has led us to initiate a design project for the handling of carcasses larger than poultry. We hope to be testing prototype units in the coming months. We are confident that we can provide solutions, but will not release a new product to the market until numerous test cycles have been successfully completed.
