From mortality
to stable output
The MAOF approach
Daily mortalities create an unavoidable management challenge. Moving carcasses around a farm or waiting for external collection adds handling and creates additional contact points.
MAOF processes mortality close to where it occurs. The automated cycle combines sustained heat and continuous mixing to create a dry, stabilized material suitable for on-farm management.
Reduce carcass movement, third-party collection visits and cross-farm exposure.
Load the unit, close the lid and start an automated thermal dehydration cycle.
Remove moisture and reach a target output of approximately 40% of the original weight.
