MAOF THERMAL POULTRY CARCASS DISPOSAL SYSTEM.

Avoid the hassle of composting and the risks of trucking carcasses off-site. Poultry carcasses and eggs are heated and continuously mixed to break down bones, shells, and feathers while eliminating pathogens. The material is then dried to the desired level of dehydration, typically down to about 40% of its original weight, before being discharged into a storage bin or bag.

LOAD THE MACHINE & START THE CYCLE

The MOAF Carcass Treatment System is the epitome of smart engineering design & together with great ergonomics  transforms the handling of poultry mortality to a fast, ecosafe and simple process.

WHO WE ARE

MAOF GREEN SOLUTIONS LTD. ISRAEL

Engineering-driven agri-technology for modern poultry operations

Established in 2015 by a team of experienced engineers, the company has designed, manufactured, and commercialized a range of solutions that are now trusted by poultry producers worldwide, with installations across Israel, the United States, and additional international markets..

The MAOF poultry carcass handling system has been tested and deployed in Israel, the United States, and additional international markets, demonstrating strong environmental and operational performance.

OUR PRODUCT RANGE

Four model sizes enable farms of all scales to handle poultry mortality efficiently and in an environmentally responsible manner.
Each system requires minimal assembly and can typically be operational within hours of delivery. Designed for simplicity and safety, MAOF systems can be operated by any properly trained farm staff.

Unit sizing is determined primarily by the farm’s mortality rate, which is commonly around 5%.
For example, the 1,500-liter unit, with a loading capacity of up to 900 kg of poultry carcasses, removes approximately 30 kg of moisture per hour. Achieving the typical 40% weight reduction target requires around 20 hours of operation, at which point pathogens are eliminated and the material is biologically safe to handle.

For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended that the system be installed under cover.

2250 liter unit- NEW

The 2250-liter MAOF Dehydration Unit is designed for high-capacity poultry operations and can process up to 1,350 kg of poultry carcasses per batch, with a minimum recommended load of 300 kg.

With an average drying rate of approximately 45 kg per hour, and allowing about one hour to reach operating temperature, a full batch typically requires around 20 hours to reach the target 40% residual weight.

Actual processing time may vary depending on ambient temperature, carcass condition, and operational parameters.

The 2250L unit requires a three-phase electrical supply, 400V 100A (site voltage dependent).

Up to three units can be shipped in a single 40-foot container.

1500 Liter Unit

The 1500-liter MAOF Dehydration Unit is designed for medium-to-large poultry operations and can process up to 900 kg of poultry carcasses per batch, with a minimum recommended load of approximately 200 kg.

With an average drying rate of approximately 30 kg per hour, and allowing about one hour to reach operating temperature, a full batch typically requires around 18–20 hours to reach the target 40% residual weight.

Actual processing time may vary depending on ambient temperature, carcass condition, and operational parameters.

The 1500L unit requires a three-phase electrical supply, 63A (site voltage dependent).

Up to four units can be shipped in a single 40-foot container

500 liter unit

The 500 liter unit can process 250kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 10kgs per hour and 1 hour to reach target temperature, a full load will take 16 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temperature and other variables.

250 Liter Unit

The 250 liter unit has a capacity of 100kgs of poultry carcasses. With a drying rate of 5kgs per hour and 30mins to reach target temperature, a full load will take 12 hours to reach the 40% weight target. All numbers can vary based on ambient temprature and other variables.

PATHOGEN FREE MEAT MEA

The MAOF dehydration process converts poultry carcasses and eggs into a stable, odor-free meat meal in which pathogens are eliminated. Through controlled heating and continuous mixing, the material is dried to approximately 40% of its original weight, producing a consistent and biologically safe output. The resulting meat meal can be applied directly to fields, incorporated into commercial fertilizer blends, or used in further processing, subject to local regulations. Typical analysis shows ~10% nitrogen, making it a valuable agricultural resource rather than waste.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CO-FOUNDERS

With the successful completion of testing in the US, and the government supported growth in Israel, we are proud of our contribution to an ecosafe poultry industry. We are incredibly proud to have completed the CE Certification for our European clients.

Our efforts at the moment are to join with distributors in Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Middle East to implement this clean and efficient system with poultry growers.  We are offering a new model in 2026 with a significantly larger capacity.

The positive feedback we have received from  farmers, has led us to initiate a design project for the handling of carcasses larger than poultry. We hope to be testing prototype units in the coming months. We are confident that we can provide solutions, but will not release a new product to the market until numerous test cycles have been successfully completed.

We look forward to discussions with distributors in Europe & Asia . Please contact us.

Wishing you all good health,

Didi Sadan & Nitay Maof
